'Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!'

'I came here to spend Christmas with my daughter and we had a wonderful. The space is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and a nice kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back.'

'This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. 'We were a high school FBLA group attending our VT FBLA SLC at Champlain College. We enjoyed being able to walk to the UMall and convenience of being so close to everything. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of spaces to sleep and hang out.'

'We stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again! The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep...
