'We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!'

'My wife, two sons (10 and 7), and our dog had a wonderful stay at this riverfront cabin in the Adirondacks. The home was exactly as described and depicted, yet somehow even bigger than we expected! 'Checking in and out was super easy. Cottage was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loved sitting next to, and in, the peaceful, babbling river. Would come again...if the US government reverses its planned new requirements for Canadians to bring their dogs with them to vacation in the US.'

'A small group of friends, myself, and my two dogs stayed here to watch the solar eclipse. The spacious backyard was the perfect place for eclipse viewing and the small town was close enough to Lake Placid for a morning shopping trip but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The house itself has GORGEOUS views, a relaxing hot tub (perfect for after a long hike), and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall it was the perfect home away from home to spend a long weekend.'

'Our stay over Memorial Day weekend was excellent. The house suited our family more than adequately and the boys loved they all could move around easily, and of course the hot tub for after our mountain hikes. Location is great, close to everything, as well as hiking trails and has sidewalks. Everything was great, thank you!'

'What a wonderful weekend at the cozy cottage by the lake. We had something to do the whole weekend either spent time on the kayaks, or on the John boat or fishing off the dock enjoying the campfire, sitting on the deck just a very beautiful special place. We loved every minute of it.'

This means a new fridge and also construction materials around the property (no fenced in yard for pets, plus empty bottles/gum wads, etc around construction area).
