'Lovely hotel and staff. The room was immaculate and featured brilliant amenities such as a king sized bed, waterfall shower head and coffee machine. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bordeaux. A 5* experience! '

'Onze eerste nacht hadden we een (te)kleine kamer wat de volgende dag meteen opgelost werd door Erwan met een prachtige ruime hoekkamer. Het personeel maakt dit hotel!! Of het nu Amande, Olivier, Jules, Yann, Yonnick, weet niet alle namen maar ze waren allemaal even geweldig!! De kamermeisjes behoeven misschien wat extra instructie om spullen aan te vullen en natte handdoeken uit te hangen op een droogrek.

"Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy "

"Rooms are a bit tight but clean. Breakfast is ok but breakfast space is very small. Gets easy overcrowded. One person to control desk and serve breakfast at the same time. "
