'Op zich goed hotel, maar zoals alle luxe hotels in marokko is het het net niet! Maar 2 liften ( 14 verdiepingen) waar er vaak maar 1 werkte.

'I was very pleased with our stay there. Every thing was clean and helpfull staff. The food is very expensive at the hotel. A pancake was 8 euro. (80 dirhams). Overall good experiance.'

I needed to exchange some USD and the manager took care of everything for me, even had my $ delivered to my room. He also was very helpful with arranging our early morning transport to the airport.
Hotel Art Palace Suites and Spa was the perfect place to end our tour of Morocco. '

'We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Mede dankzij de vriendelijke en welwillende personeel om het zo goed mogelijk te doen. (tijdens ontbijt: Maryam, Fatima Zahra, Khalid, Fouad en Yasser)
We hebben wel enkele verbeterpunten:
- Onderhoud laat te wensen over
Enkele voorbeelden: toilet bij de lobby: prullenbak is verroest en functioneert niet goed. Scherpe randjes tegels in het zwembad waaraan je kan snijden. Schroeven los bij zonnescherm, ramen zijn smerig en geruime tijd niet schoongemaakt.

'We stayed at this property, but the experience did not meet our expectations. The room faced the boulevard, making it very noisy—every passing vehicle was audible, indicating poor soundproofing.
Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly.
We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations.'

"heerlijk hotel, midden in een woonwijk. Het is schoon en mooi opgezet. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, had ik wel wat beter ontbijt verwacht. Bevroren brood en andere deegproducten die je eerst moet opwarmen bv. Maar voor de rest prima hotel."

"Ik vond dit een van de beste verblijven in Marokko, mooi uitzicht op de Hassan II moskee en op de zee.
Contact met de eigenaar was TOP, je werd goed ingelicht op hoe je in het gebouw komt etc en wat je te wachten staat.
De Penthouse zag er op en top in orde uit, heel schoon, hygiënisch en mooi luxe ingericht.
Een hele keuken, met bestek, koelkast, koffie apparaat, een kleine bar aanwezig.
Ook een smart tv, dus wij vermaakten ons wel met netflix.
Je hebt twee aparte badkamers en ieder eigen toilet, dus dat was ook heel chill.
Twee aparte slaapkamers met grote bedden en grote eigen kasten.
Ook waren de portiers aan de balie heel vriendelijk en ze zorgen voor de veiligheid en zijn erg alert op wie er in en uit gaat, wat ik erg fijn vond.
Alle eet gekegenheden waren op loop afstand en een hele gezelllige straat.
Ben er erg over te spreken, ik zal hier zeker nog komen overnachten. "
"Bij aankomst werd er gelijk verwacht dat ik de portier fooi zou geven, terwijl ik eerst in de lobby moest wachten omdat er geen personeel was. Het bedrag wat ik in eerste instantie wilde geven was niet voldoende, dus pakte de portier eigenhandig het gewenste bedrag uit mijn portemonnee.
Vervolgens kom ik op de kamer welke in eerste instantie er prima uitzag. Behalve dat er haren (niet in mijn eigen haarkleur) op het bed en in de badkamer lagen. Op de handoeken zaten roestkleurige vlekken (waarschijnlijk van het wassen). Daarnaast zat de toiletknop los en was er onder/achter het toilet niet goed schoongemaakt.
De wasservice van het hotel was redelijk, wel 2 a 3 keer zo duur als bij andere hotels in Marokko.
De prijs van de kamer (€35 per nacht, alleen kamerhuur) was relatief laag voor de regio waar het hotel zit. Dit kwam mede doordat het hotel deels verbouwd werd.
Voor een goedkope overnachting is het een prima hotel, maar verwacht verder niet te veel."
