'The hotel was pretty new, the staff was nice. There was usually a queue to enter breakfast room especially between 9 and 10. Breakfast was pretty tasty but monotonous. Outside tables were definitely a plus. The swimming pools were clean but few lounge chairs around them in general. I recommend full sea view rooms because some partial sea view rooms have no sea view. In July, 95% of guests were families with children. Usually all outside lights go off around 11pm so hotel seemed pretty lifeless....

'We zijn 3 nachten in het Crowne- plaza verbleven en het was een superstart van onze China vakantie!! Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig om te relaxen in een heerlijjk luxe hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Wij hadden alleen onze rugzakken bij ons en geen hele nette kleding oid maar dat maakt echt niet uit, we voelden ons op ons gemak. Heerlijk ontbijt en ook het lunch buffet is er super!! Zwembad lekker, alleen komt er een gedeelte nieuwe aanbouw, waardoor er een hijskraan en wat getimmer is,( maar...

'隔音不好。服务人员很多素质不够。很难相信这是五星级酒店的服务。Room Service给错食物，少给食物，食物与描述不符合。前台犯错，三楼通过健身房服务人员态度很不专业，好像没住过温德姆不知道去健身房的流程很不应该一样。内部沟通有误，半夜错送东西到我房间造成打扰。总之真的非常非常失望。'
