'Our first time visiting the island of Syros, and I would highly recommend Hotel Ploes to friends and family. The location of this hotel is ideal, close by to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beach & more. The owner, her staff and service were exceptional. Included breakfast was incredible on the terrace/restaurant within the Hotel overlooking the sea. 'A wonderful villa retreat! A constant sea breeze, beautiful view, wonderful hospitality (thank you Kostas), and charming! The villa was fairly recently renovated and the bathrooms and windows have been done sparing no expense! The breakfasts were wonderful too. Kostas helped us with our luggage from the port to the villa, which is a decent walk with lots of steps. Be prepared to get your exercise! There is no taxi service directly to the villa.'

'A great place to stay especially if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was handy having the beach right there and it was great to swim in. Loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend!'

'Lovely apartment, close to the bea h and restaurants but dar enough away to avoid the noise at night. Hot tub amd sauna was a nice bonus. Bed was a bit firm for my liking but some people prefer that. Best part was thebdaily breakfast delivered to our front door. So amazing!'

'A family destination wedding (a big fat Greek one) brought us to Andros. My wife and I and another couple ended up staying at Micra Anglia for four nights and that was a fantastic choice. The location is great should you decide to stay in Hora (Χώρα in Greek - that's how the Islanders call the city of Andros. 'After initially having a room with some degree of noise from the reception area, we were moved immediately to a much quieter room which met our needs for our 2 week stay. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In fact we feel like we made some very good friends and were sad to leave. We found our little piece of heaven and will definitely be back. Thank you to you all. X'
