'This motel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall (supermarket, etc.). It has swimming pool and big communal kitchen. It could use a renovation (pieces of floor tiles missing, paint coming off the ceiling, dated bathroom), but overall OK to stay a night if you are passing through.'

'The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Premise is not close to shops or restaurants so plan in advance and go to shops prior to going to the property which is in a lovely, calm and serene setting. If needed I will certainly rebook there again. '

'Cabin had absolutely everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen with stove top, cooking utensils and pots + pans etc. Super comfy bed, lovely shower after a hike or a big day. Washing facilities and swimming pool all few mins from the cabin :)'

'Stayed in exec room which was lovely and newly refurbished. Area surprisingly quiet and secure with a gate closed at night. Owners super friendly and go out of their way to ensure the stay goes well. Will stay again '

'The photo's of this hotel make you think it is a lot nicer than it is. The swimmingpool area is very small and looks old and dirty. It is a hotel for one night when you need a place to sleep. No holiday atmosphere at all. Also Katherine is a very sleepy town and no decent restaurants. We had dinner one night at the restaurant of the Paraway hotel and that was really good. The Pine Tree has no restaurant, only breakfast.'
