The villa is so nice, you have an in- and outside bathroom and a garden with a pool. We stayed at the villa with 3 persons and it was big enough for it. The gym is nice, but a bit warm for me. Housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive--dead bugs and lizard droppings that appeared after my first night remained in the room even after housekeeping visited.

'Het hotel bevond zich in de "soft openings" fase, toen wij er arriveerden. Slechts 26 van de 94 poolvilla's waren klaar, aan de anderen werd nog volop gewerkt. Desondanks genoten we wel van een service om u tegen te zeggen, van bij onze aankomst tot aan ons vertrek zijn we heel erg in de watten gelegd. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, zowel de mensen aan de receptie als de staff van het restaurant, ze doen ontzettend hard hun best om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken....

'Pros: This is a well located resort. 2 minutes from the beach. Near bars, restaurants, shops, so it's very convenient. It has 3 pools, which were really nice, resort is well kept, they even give u towels to go to the beach! Free coffe at the room and lobby. Breakfast is very good and varied.
Cons: wifi internet is so slow, not sure it was like that everywhere in phuket but it was frustrating at some point. The airco its really potent, it was difficult to get it right, it got so cold at night...

Modern en strak hotel vlak aan zee
Dit hotel heeft stijlvolle kamers ze zijn niet heel groot maar wel gezellig, badkamer is functioneel maar niet groot, wel een fijne inloopdouche.
Op de kamer is een kluisje en een klein koelkastje.
Het hotel was heerlijk schoon.
Om de 3 dag krijg je schone lakens, en iedere dag schone handdoeken.
Helaas zaten wij aan de achterkant van het hotel, waar je directe inkijk in de kamer heb van een ander hotel
Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en een ruime zitgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten.
Het zwembad loopt door de gehele tuin, en er staan genoeg bedjes en stoelen, ook is er een handoek-servies.
Aan de voorkant van het hotel is ook nog een bijbehorende beach club waar je vrij gebruik van kan maken.
Op het strand voor het hotel worden strandbedjes verhuur, 200 Baht voor 2 bedjes en een parasol.
Het hotel zit op loopafstand van veel eetgelegenheden en bars
Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de taxi-service van en naar het locale vliegveld, dit is prima geregeld.
Tenslotte, het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpen waar ze kunnen
En hotel manager Ben is erg betrokken en geef goede adviezen, waarvoor nog dank 🙏

"Het is een prachtig hotel. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant. Het is er druk. Omdat het een groot hotel is betekent dat ook vrij weinig rust. Een ligbedje vinden is een dagtaak. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Ligging is opzich ideaal als je in patong wilt zitten maar niet tussen de drukte. Met een kleine 10 minuten ben je midden in de stad. Ik raad dit hotel echter niet aan. Veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Het eten is er bizar slecht. "
