'We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. It was extremely clean and was provided with everything you need from crockery and cutlery to your own personal yoga mat! The owner and staff were super helpful with everything we needed from tips on what to see and where to go to providing more practical information on customs, airport and flying times. They really went above and beyond to ensure a maximum holiday experience. Super value for money!'

For a five star hotel we expect a more personal treatment. We never had such a bad experience as in service and hospitality. We arrived too early to check in. So we waited for more than 2 hours. Unfortunately my husband was very sick and throwing up, hè needed to lie down. Because there was no room available...

'The hotel is located in the city center where you have many options for dining and relaxation, including massage services. We are Muslims and found numerous halal options around the hotel. However, during checkout, I had to pay extra for a cup that I accidentally broke. These are probably their rules, and we paid without any issues, but it’s unfortunate that they insisted on it.
