'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...

And of course the owner, Elodie, was such a wonderful and friendly host and took the time to sit with us every day to help us plan our activities for the day. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Ottawa.'

'We enjoyed our brief stay. Room was spacious and comfortable and the price was reasonable. The best part was the location right on the Rideau Canal and lovely seating areas to have coffee by the water. Also the River Lounge on site had great food and service. The front desk staff were fine, but could have been a bit more friendly. Would stay here again though. '

'This is a budget friendly property in a quiet place and has plenty of open space to relax in the evenings. The staff members are polite and friendly. You can park your vehicle just in front of your room.Options limited for free breakfast but then property is worth for the price. '
