'Lovely hotel right on the beach. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, both are lovely. The rooms are lovely, and clean. Good spread for buffet breakfast as well as dinner. This is the only hotel where OJ is fresh, not sugared coloured water, so gold stars for that alone. Best part is Pavla, the massage therapist that is stationed on the beach about 5 mins walk away. She is amazing and I would return just becoz of her. She charges 35Euros for an hour!!'

'Nice resort, the only thing we didn’t appreciate is the chafing shower temperature in the morning between too hot and too cold. Which caused slightly irritated skin burnings.
The sky bar is great in addition to the pool as well.

'It was nice to get an upgrade from the hosts (4 persons mobile home instead reserved 2 persons), due to start of the season and low reservation rate due to covid. We enjoyed being positioned close to the sea, having good view and receiving birds, doggies, ..at our terrace. Very good spot to start and finish your climbing at Paklenica mountain, as well as to relax after climbing.We walked from the mobile home to the Paklenica kanyon and back. 'Het enige nadeel is dat je geen balkon hebt en dat er dag gasten bij het zwembad en strand zitten waardoor er geen lig plekken zijn voor hotel gasten. Daar moeten ze wat aan doen.'

Vi havde værelse med udsigt og det var det hele værd.
Poolen er varm og skøn og der er 3 pools så der er lidt for alle. Den ene pool var rolig og luksus for folk der ville kunne ligge og dase i vandet og til forældre par med små babyer hvor de skulle lære at være trygge i vandet. En anden pool der var dybere hvor teenagere kunne hoppe i og være vilde og den sidste var blandet lidt af det hele.
Der var selvfølgelig de typer der skal spørge...

'Great option for accommodation the night before our charter from Marina Frappa. The room was spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. My only (small) complaints were that we had some ants in the room and that there were not any elevators to our room which was challenging with large luggage. '

"Our stay at Falkensteiner Zadar was disappointing and far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I had to call the reception at least five times within an hour before anyone answered. After requesting some basic items, it took another hour for them to arrive. Bathrobes for kids were missing, and since no one picked up the phone, I had to go to the reception myself—something that could’ve been avoided if the room was properly prepared based on the reservation.
The hotel charges €13/day for parking, which feels unreasonable given the location on the outskirts and the fact that the garage was only 25% full during pre-season. Ice cream is only served at dinner, and the kindergarten for kids under 3 is free for just 2 hours, staffed by only one person. Despite being half full, the service was slow and inconsistent. I can't imagine the situation when it's at full capacity.
To top it off, they include a €10/day “voluntary” tip by default, which is unacceptable.
On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and the food was mostly good (aside from the beef soup). Still, compared to similar family hotels like Amarin or Lišanj, this one does not justify its high price or 5-star label."
