'the hotel and staff are perfect! location and food could not be better. you can hike directly from the hotel and view is truly spectacular from the hotel. For me the only small downside is that the pillows on the bed are very thin. Not sure if other types of pillows are available i did not check with the hotel. '

'Een geweldig hotel waar de gast echt in de watten gelegd wordt. Ondanks zijn 5 zeer verdiende sterren heeft het een ongedwongen sfeer. Al direct bij aankomst wordt er alles aan gedaan om je direct thuis te laten voelen. Aanrader is het fantastische half pension. Elke avond een culinaire ervaring van het allerhoogste niveau. De SPA is werkelijk geweldig en zeer groot. Ook het zwavelhoudende buitenbad is heerlijk met zijn 34 graden. Als je een keer echt verwend wil worden dan kan ik dit hotel van...

'Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.'
