'Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. We kwamen ruim voor de inchecktijd aan, maar konden direct inchecken. De kamer was schoon met fijne bedden. We kwamen aan met de Amtrak op Moynihan, dus de locatie was voor ons ook perfect'
'De accomodatie is erg fijn. Je bent op jezelf en hulp nodig dan is er meteen iemand die voor je klaar staat. Ik vond het personeel allemaal erg aardig en behulpzaam.
De ligging kon voor mij iets beter maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk ook aan ons. De bar en rooftop maakten het helemaal top, op de prijs van de drank na natuurlijk maar daar stond ik in heel NY paf van :)'

'Great location at walking distance to Broadway (10 to 15 minutes walking). Decent rooms, quite decent breakfast that gets replenished frequently. Very friendly accommodating staff.'
'Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room.
