'We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights (3 for 2) in this hotel. It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. 'We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is on walking distance from the park. But you need transport to visit the other sites in the area. Do not skip Grand Canyon, it was for us the best of all. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. (Bring swim hats as it is compulsary). 'We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar.
