'Exactly what you pay for. Great if you are there to see London and just need a place to sleep. While a hostel will make you share a room, here you get your own room for the same price. Just the bathroom is shared but for 1 night, that's fine. Breakfast is plentiful. I have had way worse in 'better' hotels. It's student housing regularly, so imagine a dorm breakfast line with hot and cold items.'

'It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

Curtains hanging off. Carpet on stairs loose my mother nearly slipped down. We had a horrendous night. No one wanted to sleep in the beds. We all slept on top of the covers with the pillows covered with our clothes. The only good thing was the location for euro star and trains. We were looking for a...
