'Our stay at Bauma was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, parking lot was paved, jacuzzi was a good size & the bathroom plus shower were very spacious. It is closer to La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive into the downtown area. There is a small market down the street as well. We would definitely return back to stay here! '

'The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. '

'I loved this place . This is not a fancy resort nor is it trying to be. This hotel was affordable and perfect for my family of four: spacious rooms, Good breakfast , lots of birds outside our rooms. Nice and helpful staff walking distance to town . We had a car so we did not take advantage of the many tours they were able to provide . I do regret not doing the sloth tour with Armando but we didn’t have enough time in La Fortuna. '

'Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden!
