Je kreeg een pincode op de mail om de sleutelkluis te openen.
Hierin zat de sleutel van de kamer.
Beetje onpersoonlijk.'

'Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us.'

'Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel.
The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better.
The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station.
Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...

'Do not book with this hotel or use this app!
My experience was terrible, and everything was very poorly organised. I had to wait outside for around 15 minutes, received no confirmation email, and had to make extra phone calls at my own expense. When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe.
What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

'Carpet was very gross throughout the whole building, the TV was weirdly just on the floor, not on a cabinet, the bathroom was extremely cramped and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Parking was also a nightmare, there wasn't the space for the number of cars there and I was blocked in by another car and couldn't track down the owner so had to just wait. The location was pretty good tbf.'
