'Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.'

'Absolutely Great location - walking distance to all the sites, metro station right near, RER 10-15 min walk - grocer and tons of restaurants within a block! Apartment was rather worn and in need of a deep clean (stained carpet, grimy shower curtain and corners, bed creaked at every move…) and sparse, but it had all the basics. Would have liked a microwave and dryer. Ad was very clear about the four stories of stairs and no elevators so that was expected - FYI it is an old slanting spiralling...

'The apartment is described perfectly. It is small but has everything you need to be comfortable. We were there with our 16 year old daughter and we all enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood had great restaurants close by and small local coffee shops with a great vibe. We did feel as if we were living in Paris for the week. One small note. Use the fob on the keychain to get into the main door. It is easier than the code. Looking forward to our next stay. '

'This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers. The key is also a little cumbersome and takes a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to get it to work. A keypad...

'Where to start. The expectation of unit size in Paris is well known to be small. However, false information in the size of the property (listed as 193.8 sq ft and was actually no larger than 120). This in and of itself is grounds for concern and financial compensation. Let’s move onto the unsafe conditions. Upon arrival it was noted (and I contacted the host) informing them the gate to the dimly lit claustrophobic hallway was not locking as well as the inside handle in the room itself kept...
