'There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in.
Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged.
The location and staff had potential, but...

'Arrived at the hotel to be told we didn't have a booking and they had.not been on your books for 4 yrs Advise by owner and taxi driver that it was not safe for us to stay in the area as it was the poorest part of town We had to find alternate accommodation late in the afternoon at a cost of over $600,this was a very stressful situation for 2 females I have used Expedia several times in the past with no problems I feel that i should be re embursed for out of pocket expenses'

'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations.
It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover.
Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$.
We ordered food once...

'The Grand Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel. But it does not stand up to the high quality that is promised in the adds and on the website. Main problem is that in the details the cleanliness could and should be better: especially the joints between the tiles. And wow: does it take long before the water in the shower becomes comfortable...'
