'Communal stairs in need of a hoover , cups were all dirty inside and when we asked for another one for the third person that cup had all dried sugar in the bottom . The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was run down , wallpaper hanging off and trouble locking and unlocking the door . Games room had 3 things working and the rest broken. Didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t review on that . Bed was good. '

'Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower. We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again.'

'wij kregen kamer 109 die tegen over een cafe ligt met live muziek dus geen oog dicht gedaan midden in de nacht naar een andere kamer verhuisd die was prima alleen de key card werkte niet dus de volgende dag een half uur gewacht tot we erin konden de 2 dames van de receptie zeer onvriendelijk,dus wij gaan niet meer naar dit hotel '

The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
