'Check in recognized me as a Bonvoy member but didn’t offer me to spin the wheel. Elevator shook on our arrival to room. Employees were not very friendly. Room was nice, beds a little on the harder side. Lighting was very dim, shower was dark, no light we could find in that room. Great location for OKc run to remember, close to start finish and family could watch us run past hotel. '

It’s so wrong to not include the continental breakfast and I way overpaid for a cup of flavorless coffee. So many people were upset finding out the breakfast was not included in the room price.
