'There was no staff on the property from 10 p.m. at night until 10 AM in the morning. That was a problem, especially when our smoke alarm battery must have gone dead so our smoke alarm beeped all night the last night We were there and then continued to tell us that the battery need to be replaced, but there was no one we could contact. the bathrooms are just OK. 'We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. 'The staff at this hotel was incredibly rude. Nine of us friends had booked the same room and were all chatting in the hotel lobby on our first night.
