'I believe the hotel management—or at least the person responsible—should be replaced.
The elevator was out of service, and there was no notice or information posted about it, which was especially inconvenient since I was staying on the 8th floor.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was no fresh milk available, only poor-quality boxed milk. In addition, the food items were not replenished regularly. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all than to provide such inadequate...

'Staff was nice and helpful. James, one of the members on staff was a great help!! Due to unexpected circumstances, travel became stressful for me. James helped sort out my reservations and helped put me to ease.Thank you!!
My only complaint is I felt some of the furniture chairs/couches had too many stains and should be cleaned or replaced.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.
The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Make sure you download the contactless info to get into the room before you get there. You have to call for the wifi, there's no service in that location. It's not ideal. There was construction outside all night long - very loud. And, you can hear everything in every room around...people were partying loudly all night long. Parking is an issue early because of the restaurant.'
