'It's and old hotel, showing its age. The breakfast coffee machine, for example, broke, forcing a trip down to the lobby for each cup. But the view of the Capitol was magnificent. As with many more modern hotels, there were no good reading places or comfortable chairs, and the flimsy plastic cups wrapped in plastic, are all you can get. '

'I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was easy. Room was quiet and incredibly spacious. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked really well. Overall a great experience. Only negative things I can say is that water from the shower got all over bathroom floor. However, I was in a handicap accessible room so that was probably just a quirk of the room.'

'We loved our stay. It was very restful with a great restaurant and bar attached so we didn’t have to go anywhere for food. There was a sort of strange 15 dollar fee the day of to access parking and the breakfast buffet but other than that no surprises. '

'Really clean and comfortable bed. My request for top floor was not looked at or mentioned and I was placed beside a very noisy room which fortunately quieted down at bedtime. The real low point was the managements handling of breakfast. There has got to be a better way to manage all the guests who want breakfast: the waitstaff couldn’t t possibly keep up with the number of guests. The toaster didn’t work. It was unclear how to order. Food needed to be replenished. '
