'A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!'

'We loved the hotel’s old country elegance and the estate like setting at the foothills of Avon mountain. The beautifully wood paneled tavern room served excellent dinner with live music. Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway.'

'We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room.'

'You get what you pay. Rooms were not clean or vacuumed. Had to ask for clean towels after being out of the room all day. Included breakfast was poor. Location is great if you're looking for an affordable spot close to downtown. Literally only a 5 minute drive.'

'Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. '

'Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. '

'It’s fine if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night. The property really needs to be updated. The worst part was my room reeked of cigarette smoke, which was absolutely disgusting. Maybe they have non-smoking rooms, I didn’t ask. They could definitely use new beds, mattresses, and bedding as well.'

'To be with, the bathroom was not clean at all. The tub and walls were dirty and there was a dirt ring around the tub suggesting it was not clean properly or at all. The hall way and walls were dirty, so was the carpet in the reception area.'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '
