'After a 12 hour delay in flights we arrived at night in stead of day time, really nice reception quick and smooth but that was the inly positive vibe we noticed later. We arrived around 22.00 everything in the hotel but also in town was closed , we looked and asked everywhere , we couldn’t buy something to drink even water or stronger at our arrival. Super strange on a friday night it looked like a gohst town (pretty but nothing to do) super sad Went to bed curtain did not want to go down and...

'We checked in and immediately got to our room and noticed two what appeared to blood stains on the floor. I went down and asked for another room which they obliged, however, did not seem surprised at all. The reassigned room was run down and worn out. The wall thermostat didn't work which left us freezing our first night, we ended up using the controls directly on the wall unit to get some type of climate control. The shower water was lukewarm and the tub did not drain well so you were left...

'I have stayed on the 1st floor and there were some noise by other guests and staff throughout the night. The noise from the ice machine doesn’t help too. If there are rooms on the 1st floor must review the logistics from the laundry and back office, because they’re on the 1st floor too.'

'The staff both evenings and mornings were excellent #1! Breakfast was so yummy, and parking was excellent. Not a deal-breaker, but I have an iPhone and usually just plug it into a computer or a lamp... They do not have a ready-made charge...so be sure to bring a box outlet to plug into the wall....still old school'

'Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel.'
