'Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast area had plenty of seating and food was fresh and staff present for any questions. Fancy coffee machines :)'

'Hot tub was dirty and green and the pool had tabs of chlorine in it that were not dissolved and the smell of chlorine was terrible sitting on the chairs the paint was chipping off to my arms the elevator stopped working and the lady who was cleaning gave me a weird look. They do not offer a good breakfast option and it’s way to expensive. '

'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'All very good indeed. Photos and hotel descriptions are accurate. A few things concerning the breakfast. Overall the quality of the presented food is ok. I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job. However the first days we had proper porcelain plates and cups, steel cutlery, and normal glasses. The last 3 days that was converted to disposable paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery. 'Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. '

'The checking experience was smooth and we were happy with the room. However the service is really bad in regards to cleaning the room. Apparently rooms are not cleaned if guests leave the room after 12 pm. I haven’t read anything about it before, also I wasn’t warned about this rule. I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day.
