'Our room was so spacious and perfectly appointed. The hotel staff communicated with us in advance of some construction that may be happening during our stay and did all they could to accommodate us for the inconvenience. The bar and restaurant staff was friendly and efficient and the spa staff was also wonderful! We would definitely stay at this property in the future - the location was fantastic and walkable to so many restaurants, shops and tasting rooms!'

'The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here. The only thing they do not have is a microwave in the room, but there is a restaurant on site and a mini cafe. Along with that, great restaurants around walking distance wise. :)'

'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'
