'This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. Very nice and helpful staff, thank you Gillian, Anthony, Jacintah and everyone else who works at the hotel.'

'We had such a pleasurable experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. It was also a very clean hotel. Management is very disorganized, I paid for my stay at the day I checked in yet on the checkout date they asked for me to pay again and it took me 30 minutes explaining that I had paid already but they kept saying they didn’t have my record of payment. 'This property is in an easy in and out location, not too far from the museum. The house keeping and reception are nice. It’s guarded and there’s a restaurant on the first floor. The rooms are spacious, but need tiny repairs on doors. The wifi was out the whole time I was there. For the price I can live with that.'

'Very warm reception from the two ladies, helped me to pay the taxi when I arrived because I had no shillings on me so they allowed me to use my debit card on their POS terminal. Room was specious and neat. It was a lovely stay '
