'The amenities offered are not actually available. There is no water slide, no life guard, no beach bar, no ball for basketball court, no arcade. It says there are 2 restaurants, there are zero restaurants just a buffet that is very basic. We were expecting more because of what was in the ad. The resort is outdated but clean. The views from the pools are great. '

'There was food tray beside our door when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we checked out. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel.
While trying to sleep a worker started loudly plastering the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our room. 9:30/10pm.
The aircon was loud and turned on and off frequently.
For a 400$ CND hotel I was very disappointed.'

'The pool was the only reasonable thing about this place, and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The beds are like rocks and the pillows are the same. The bathroom was very grungy, mould in tiles and really not that clean. The AC unit barely cooled the room and there is no mini fridge. Doors and windows are poorly sealed so you can hear everything outside your room, which was especially annoying because we had a very early flight and wanted to get to sleep at a reasonable time. 'The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. '
