'The place was located in a small neighborhood that gave it a real Costa Rican feel. It was very spacious, modern & clean. It was a smart home equipped with all the essentials. Sergio was an awesome host that made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location, clean room, great staff. Warm and inviting pool and personal hammock to relax. Beautiful beach only a block away. Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. Tons of butterflies and even a few hummingbirds frequent all the flowers around the property. I would definitely stay here again.'

'This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing.
Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.'

Sparsely equipped and not clean
No hot water in showers or kitchen
Front door lock is broken and worked intermittently with jigging
The dryer timer is broken so doesn’t shut off
The main tv remote is broken
Patio is rotting and sketchy
Ice box has not been defrosted in quite awhile
Alternatively the property grounds around the development are very nice and well maintained
Absolutely beautiful pool area
