'Jules and Shaman were ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is that there were gnats in my room. After a few days I couldn’t take it any more and changed to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had gnats as well. Jules sprayed my room, and it helped but did not eliminate the issue. I noticed that there were also gnats in the hallways. I was told that the issue was being worked on, however, it was not resolved before I left.'

'Prima gelegen locatie als je de wedstrijden in Truist Park wilt bijwonen. Je kunt er lopend naartoe. De infrastructuur van het Truist Park en naer het hotel toe zijn geweldig. De ligging van het hotel is op steenworpsafstand van Cumberland Mall en bijhorende restaurants. Bedden van het hotel zijn prima en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima hotel!'

'Front desk was great and handled the check-in quickly. I was surprised about the $25 parking charge. Hotel was very clean. The decor and furnishings seemed cheap and felt like a mismatch of furnishings in a college dorm room. The bed was not comfortable…. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Even with my dislikes, I would consider staying here again. When you have very clean room and a professional staff, it helps in overcoming the dislikes.'

'The employees with whom we interacted — Gigi, Kim, the lady cleaning the breakfast area, and the lady maintaining the food selection — were all friendly and professional! So were the maid staff. We have one complaint: Duane, the manager, needs to update the time lock on the room key cards! Checkout is 12 noon; however, we were locked out at around 11:30. VERY inconvenient! Was not appreciated. Excellent buffet!'

'Typical Courtyard Hotel; large room, easy check in and good breakfast room albeit a bit expensive. It has an excellent shuttle service to the airport Maybe we were lucky but both up and down the airport trip our waiting time for the shuttle was less than 1 minute'
