'Our stay at Hacienda Encantada was incredible. The property is gorgeous. Our first morning, we went to the breakfast restaurant where the staff seated us near edge of the balcony in hopes that we may get to see some whales in the water below. Sure enough, as we were enjoying our breakfast we spotted several whales breaching the water. My kids' jaws just about hit the floor'

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'Great resort. The staff are superior and next level. The only downside is limited food options after dinner. You need to plan on eating early evening if you want to stay out late, this place gets chill after dark and only the soorts bar remains open late. Super beautiful resort, great amenities, fantastic ocean views. We had a great time and played golf too. '
