'The friendly people at the check-inn counter are, as always friendly. They are a bit the business card of the Solitaire Hotel. The luggage department is great. They were so friendly to watch my luggage for 2 days. Thank you. The room is good. The bed is good. The linnen sometimes need a refurbishment ut okay for me. Th curtains are good but outdated. The shower as well a bit outdated. But good for me.'

'Amazing room!!'

'Room description is wrong on Expedia, it contains no dishwasher or coffee machine. Manager refused to upgrade or compensate for this. There is a shuttle to BTS, but only a few times a day, so not too handy. Early in the morning a lot of commotion, so couldn't sleep in.'

'The reception staff and the bellboys were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.'
