'Hotel bevind zich op een fantastische locatie, downtown. Parkeergelegenheid in de directe omgeving, echter behoorlijk aan de prijs. Goede gym ter beschikking, niet te hard zweten want een warme douche zit er niet echt in. Ik heb dit aangegeven bij de receptie maar dat veranderde niets.'

'Great location if you’re your event is at the convention center. Quick Uber/lyft rides to and from the hotel to popular Houston spots. Breakfast was great! And the customer service was amazing from all staff. '

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'The first night was good, except for noisy neighbors. The second night the electricity was out due to storms in the area. It wasn't the hotel or the staff's fault, but it wasn't as comfortable in the dark. No water, couldn't flush the toilet, etc. Had to use the "free" bottles of water to just brush my teeth. '
