'The room I order was nothing I suppose to get and the staff was not helpful and rude'

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'Bathroom light on the mirror didn’t , only one side. The elevator didn’t work so we had to pack everything to the third floor, i told the front desk Friday and nothing happened. The breakfast wasn’t nothing but cereal bars and a banana. Back in 2018 and 2020 this place was my favorite . It is is directly a two min walk to the mall though. No tissue in the room just an empty box.'

'The staff is very friendly and responsive. We needed some help after check in and they fulfilled all quickly and in a friendly manner. The room was clean. There is no fan. A/C was good but a fan in the sitting area would be good. The bathroom was clean but old looking. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and it was peaceful and safe. I stayed there with my family for the world cup match. The stadium was very near. We had a peaceful stay and its very value for the money'

'My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.'
