'I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!'

'Bathroom light on the mirror didn’t , only one side. The elevator didn’t work so we had to pack everything to the third floor, i told the front desk Friday and nothing happened. The breakfast wasn’t nothing but cereal bars and a banana. Back in 2018 and 2020 this place was my favorite . It is is directly a two min walk to the mall though. No tissue in the room just an empty box.'

'Those ladies know how to make a mean breakfast'

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.'

'The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.'

'This was our first time staying here and we loved it so much! As soon as we drove up, the outdoor staff were so attentive and the front desk staff were also very friendly! They upgraded our room complimentary and it had such a beautiful view! The property is so nice and clean and our kids enjoyed the pool with the slide! Loved the amenities and how clean everything is! Will definitely be staying here again! Great location with beautiful scenery and easy parking!'
