'Hotel is conveniently located to the medical center , museum and rice village. Staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating to guest needs. Floors/rooms appear to be recently updated. Plenty of sitting space in lobby and bright areas to work. Bar/ food service in both lobby and outdoor pool area . Market in lobby has takeout food and delicious snack and dessert choices. One minor downside is a narrow parking garage shared with another business but elevator is convienet to the lobby once...

'Bathroom light on the mirror didn’t , only one side. The elevator didn’t work so we had to pack everything to the third floor, i told the front desk Friday and nothing happened. The breakfast wasn’t nothing but cereal bars and a banana. Back in 2018 and 2020 this place was my favorite . It is is directly a two min walk to the mall though. No tissue in the room just an empty box.'

'Those ladies know how to make a mean breakfast'

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!'

'The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.'

'Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.'
