'I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!'

'The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge'

'At first we had trouble checking in, Mark was kind and fixed it for us, but they never explained to us about the 300 deposit until we did the check in, they told us we were getting 150 deposit back and we still haven’t received it yet… The property was old and the elevators were a total mess… old and not totally clean to be honest….
