'The lobby looked like they were doing construction, cause there was plaster on the floor. The elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. The staff person assured me that the elevated works because my room was on the third floor got to my room. the room was filthy. The refrigerator would not open. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Tried to call down to the front desk, the phone did not work went back downstairs and demanded to be checked out and to receive a refund. The...
