'The room was not clean. Hairs in the shower. Bed bugs in the bed. Staff and reception management incapable to find a solution. Horrible experience.'

'Nice hotel, close to the airport with excellent shuttle service. Overall excellent to good performance by the employees. Junior suite is huge and in good condition but outdated. Especially the bathroom need renovation and be updated. Toilet and shower in small bath is functional but inconvenient. '

'Nice hotel in a safe and secure area with many shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast excellent with a wide range of products. Staff very friendly and helpful.Gym is small but adequate. Only some of the sports machinery needs some repair / maintenance. Good WiFi and wide range of television stations to select from. Only disappointment was that I had some questions to the hotel in preparation of our journey and I had to send several emails to them before...

Just my room on the street was quite noisy, especially the dogs in the morning drove me crazy but that’s something that’s not the fault of the hotel. 'Mooie ruime, schone kamer in rustige wijk. Het is erg leuk om op zondag naar de markt te gaan, vlak bij het hotel. Hele leuke sfeer. Veel goede restaurants in de buurt. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de Wellness, dat kunnen we dus niet beoordelen.'

'Fijn hotel, behulpzaam personeel dat ook Engels spreekt. Heerlijk ontbijt. Veilige buurt met veel restaurants vlakbij. Nadeel: er wordt vlak naast gebouwd waardoor elke dag vanaf 7.15u de nachtrust voorbij is. Toch een nadeel als je van de luchthaven arriveert om 02.00u...'

'Op airport Bogota werden we opgewacht door personeel Radisson met mededeling dat gereserveerde kamer niet beschikbaar was. Ter compensatie 1000x verontschuldiging, ander goed hotel, gratis avondmaal en gratis taxivervoer van en naar de airport. Prima service, ook al konden we niet in Radisson verblijven'

'Very nice hotel but the service is not up to the same level. They could not take a preauthorization on my card and as such all expenses had to be paid separately by cash or card. My laundry was not delivered to my room and I had to go pick it up myself and pay for it the next day...this is not acceptable. Next time just take a preauthorization...In years of travel I have never experienced this! '
