When trying to contact help line, person on the end of the phone of number given number didn't even know what country, let alone city or flat that call was being made about. It is a nice apartment in a superb location. Everything is build for rental, so it feels a bit cool but this is ok. When entering the building it looks clean, but the carpet of the common stairs is dirty. You would expect this area to be cleaned as well. The windows from the app could do with a cleaning, as now it looks like it is snowing. The pillows could be beter as now no filling and there should be glasses for 6 and not 4 as it could sleep 6. The bathrooms could do with wall outlet. Overal a nice property with all you need for a city trip.…It is a nice apartment in a superb location.
