'The staff and housekeeping was wonderful, my husband and I just had an awful experience at a different hotel ( The Lions Gate) that night. So we had to find accommodations at a different hotel. I was so grateful to have found The Double Tree, and it was close by, since we had driven 12 hours from Arizona. The night manager was so gracious and was so understanding. I will be booking with them again in the future.'

'I booked on a third-party site and when I got there after I let them know that I was going to be checking in later. They downgraded me from a suite to a standard room very loud outside. There are bums and homeless people all over the place. Not what I expect from a five-star motel'

'Zeer mooi hotel met erg mooie kamers. Vriendelijk persoon en handige valet parking. Diner opties voldoende in casino. Naast wat kinder activiteiten verder geen echte bar. Maar dat hoort bij een casino. Ondanks alles is toch de prijs wat aan de hoge kant. '

'The parking is a hassle. It’s difficult to access and too narrow to navigate. It’s also not affiliated with the hotel so you have to pay separately. There is no sign for the hotel facing the street and after three times circling for the address I had to have a friend stand in the street for me to find it.
The hotel was amazing and beautiful.'

'I'm a local who chose this property for a "staycation" and I will definitely come back! Our room was spacious, clean, and had fun additions like a working type writer and record player. We were a five minute walk from Ice Blocks and parking was no problem. The host Barbara has lots of adorable Frenchies and is super fun to talk to- had a great breakfast with her! I would definitely recommend this to locals and tourists. LGBTQ friendly as well. Thank you!!'
