People are not friendly, pool is ugly.
Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip.

'We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain.
Other issues we encountered:
1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too.
2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk...

'Everything was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, the staff were top notch, big shout out to the valets for luggage and cars, they are all top notch. Thanks Marriott for an amazing experience during a special time to see the Thorn at the Performing Arts Center. What a treat, walk out the door and walk into the theater.'
