'Hotel was nice and had good atmosphere. I attended based on a work conference in the conference rooms. Overall stay was good, but did not utilize any amenities such as pool or spa. Only issue for 4-stars was due to difficulties in dealing with a double-charge issue on my room which has garnered multiple calls to resolve. '

'We love Hotel Icon. It’s beautiful and the bed is super comfy. The only issue we had was every time to air came on it made a loud bang. I also thought $50 for valet (1 night) was kind of outrageous. '

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
