'This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

'Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The only downside was the dining area is closed for lunch. They do have a snack bar for when the restaurant is closed but was hoping for a meal. All in all, a good stay and will come back again. Staff was great.'

'The breakfast could be extended a little more, but I understand that they were on a special occasion but they do not make the guests feel welcome. I didn't like the treatment yesterday in the middle of the event they had, especially one of the managers who didn't allow us to get on the advisor and we had to go up the ramp. Only the people who received my suitcase and one of the waitresses were the only ones who served us well.'

'I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!'

'This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so...

'Our day was just OK very disappointing for the area that this hotel is in. The AC was just ok. And found a pill on the floor took pictures but didn't report it. My husband was staying in the hospital across the street and had to get over there early that morning. Housekeeping needs to vacuum better obviously'

'The most recent reviews is what led me to book. The reviews from 2023 were not very favorable so apparently major overhaul of the rooms has been done. No clamoring smell was in our room. I like the fact that there isn’t any carpet! Bed was ok…not the best but not the worst either. I would stay here again. The price was excellent compared to where it’s located. Didn’t use any of the amenities because was simply there for an early medical appointment.'

'Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually...
