'What I enjoyed most was the support staff and their efforts and enthusiasm to making sure our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. 'Prachtig hotel'

'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'Beautiful views. We didn't like the Hotel staff making us pay again on the arrival. The next day we solved the situation with the manager but the action was uncomfortable for us.'

'The staff at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help. Room was nice and clean 😀 The morning staff at the dining room was not so pleasant, they seemed streesed, not very informative, it made me feel uncomfortable. 'Great hotel overall! You can’t go wrong staying here and the beds were VERY comfortable. My sister and I stayed 4 nights in Feb with my two young children . The only improvement I can suggest is the pool was freezing cold. If they had a heated pool would be 5 stars all around. My son was looking forward to swimming and couldn’t because it was too cold. '
