'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room. Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'

'Great location as amongst all of the action in Ximen but just a street back away from the bustle. Just over 5+ minute walk to Ximen MRT EXIT 6. Stayed in twin room which was clean and spacious. Was nice to have the communal room/kitchen option upstairs L15 with microwave and water/tea/coffee. Aircon in room was not overly strong even on lowest temp (I was in TPE with excessive heat time of year) and mini bar not super cold either and had no temperature setting (but these 2 things were bearable...

'The elevators are very slow. Rooms are ok, but could be a bit cleaner. The buffet restaurant was not my first choice, better to go for the restaurant on 3rd floor.'
