'This was my second time staying at MGH Mitsui. The location is excellent, very close to the MRT station and bus stops. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the public bath and the convenient vending machines that accept EasyCard. The staff were helpful and polite, making checking in and out a breeze. '

'It just wasn’t what I expected; a bit rundown, with stains on the wallpaper, curtains that were a bit worn out and didn’t blackout the room. Worst than that was the noise that came in from the street (even in my 15th floor room). It was really like the window was open, street noises all night long that kept me awake. Not up to the 5 star standard it claims to have. '

'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room. Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'
