'I can’t that “Masai” at Hilton Motif enough. After having my lost my wallet and phone at Westlake’s Link station, I didn’t have any ID or card to check in with. He reassured me that I wouldn’t lose my reservation even though it was through a third party. Long story short Masai went above and beyond to reassure me I’d have a place to stay.
