It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. 'The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. It was a new experience for me to stay at this kind of place, but it was a positive experience. Vince responds to any questions right away. 'Property was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing super fancy, cheap, and in a great location. Was just over a mile from Climate Pledge Arena, and just as close to some amazing bars and restaurants. We always just like scooter around Seattle and it was a perfect location for it. Everything is within a 10-20 minute scooter ride. Room was very clean, hallway was a bit messy and scuffed as I have seen in other reviews, but oh well, it’s like 10 steps and the rest of the place was perfectly fine....
