Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!'

'This basement apartment was comfortable, clean and attractive. There is a propane fire pit outside. Access is easy after you walk along the side of the house. Shuffleboard was fun.
